Our Policies

RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be post marked within seven (7) days of purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please e-mail customer service at sdfoodproducts123@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, them mail your return to the following address;

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your items, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least Ten (10) Days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by e-mail when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items can not be returned or exchanged;

  • Free items & special discounted
  • Items except manufacturing, packing & handling defects.

Sale items are “FINAL SALE” and can not be returned.

CANCELLATION POLICY

SD Foods follows a transparent and no fuss cancellation policy. Here are the terms of the policy:

  • All cancellation requests should be sent to our billing department or communicated to your Account Manager. The cancellation will not be valid until it is confirmed by the respective department.
  • Cancellation requests will be considered only when the request is made within 8 hours of placing the order and shippingis not done.

SHIPPING POLICY

Here’s a template that you can follow to write your own shipping policy:

1. Shipment processing times

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after the order is placed. Please note that during high-volume periods, processing time may take longer than usual.

2. Methods of shipping and delivery time

For shipping we use following agencies for domestic and international based on the location & priorities.

  • Speed post
  • Shipping agents
  • Courier / cargo companies.
  • Personal delivery

Above shipping method will be considered based on the location, delivery time and shipping cost collected.

3. Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and added to the order total. In special occasions we   offer a flat rate shipping cost, or a free shipping threshold, which will be indicated on the site during the purchase time. General Shipping terms are as below,

  • For variable shipping costs: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • For flat rate shipping: The cost of shipping is a flat rate of “Rs-75/kg in Karnataka and 200/kg Pan India except Karnataka in” for all orders, regardless of destination.
  • International shipping price is based on the location, weight & currency conversion rate.
4. Shipping restrictions

Define all the limitations regarding your shipping.

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
  • We do not ship if address is incomplete

5. Tracking orders

We provide the shipping details about the tracking of the order.Once your order has been shipped, you will receive anmessage or e-mail with a tracking number. You can track your order using the tracking number on the carrier’s website.


6. Damaged or lost items

If you receive a damaged item or your order is lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, which may include providing a refund or replacement.


7. Custom and import taxes

If we ship internationally,Please note that customers may be responsible for paying any customs or import taxes that may be applied to international orders.
